28 Icons and Outlaw speakers from the Gravitate Free Conference are uploaded to the following website so even if you were unable to make it to the conference you can still experience every aspect of design. They include a video/photographs and biography of each speaker. My favorite speaker is at the bottom of the page named Danny Yount, a motion picture designer, his video amazed me at the conference and enlightened me again second time through.
